often missed key is to extend the knees (kick) thus allowing your quad to become part of the movement

row burpee ghd tire flip (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

AMRAP in 20 min of:

500m row
12 x burpees
9 x GHD sit ups
4 x tire flips (your choice)
add tire size to notes

if the 3 GHDs are being used move on and come back to it.
