Every 2 Min do 1 Min of Work on the mat you land in. (Mat will be numbered)

1 = Hand Release Push-up

2 = Windshield Wipers

3 = Sit-ups

4 = Rest

5 = Double-unders

6 = DB Squat

7 = Mtn. Climbers

8 = Burpees

9 = Rest

10 = Alt DB Snatch

Score = Total mats lunged

Rx+ = 50/35
If athlete drops dumbbells in 2 min lunge period, athelete must complete 15/10 Echo cals before returning to lunge/work.
