Rules:
Athlete sprints to the middle, draws a card and reveals the exercise & reps. Athlete takes that card back with them to play their poker hand. All athletes complete the exercise. Upon completion, the next athlete in turn immediately goes.
Game is finished when all the cards are drawn.
