Establish a consistent pace from the beginning. Sit-ups and air squats should remain unbroken, while push-ups may need to be broken down into smaller sets (6+5 or 4+4+3). Determine your most efficient pattern of breathing on the box jump burpees and try to RELAX the body during the run portion.
In summary: find a pace, stick with it and focus on sound body mechanics/ full ROM
