800m Pumpkin Carry Run* (accumulated)
75 Pumpkin Squat Cleans*
50 Pumpkin Toss Sit-ups*
75 Lateral Pumpkin Jump-Overs
100 Pumpkin Goblet Squats*
*5 burpee penalty (both partners) each time the “pumpkin” touches/drops on the ground
– Use a 20/14 WB as your pumpkin
– One partner runs at a time holding their ‘pumpkin’
– the ‘pumpkin’ may touch/tap the ground during cleans, but if it is dropped by a partner or falls out of hands, that counts as a penalty
