Intended Response

Low rep count chipper cues athletes to approach with intensity. Smooth transitions and short rest periods allow athletes to get this done quickly. Aim for unbroken reps on all movements minus the pull-ups (2-4 sets), if necessary. Choose appropriate scaling options for movements that cannot be completed Rx, but challenge yourself
