Athletes should think about how they would ideally partition both movements and apply it to both round 21 and 15. This will help maintain consistent sets as the workout moves along. Whether these are sets of five, three, or fast singles – there is no wrong answer. A balance of technique and consistency will allow athletes to maximize their efforts on this one.

Go lighter on the cleans and modify the ring dips so this can be completed in fewer than 10 minutes, if possible.
