This work out has 4 components, each with their own time cap. You must complete the work within each time frame as fast as you can. If you are not able to finish a component then write the time cap in your score and the number of reps in the notes.

10 Burpees, 15 Squat Cleans, 20 Pull Ups, 25 Shoulder to Overhead
This workout is all about INTENSITY! Something I think we can all use some practice on.

Don’t stop to rest in the middle of your work, keep moving, find a pace that allows you to move well but that also gets you out of breath.
