Originally written by Crossfit Issaquah in Washington, this Hero WOD is dedicated in honor and memory of Kobe Bryant (1976-2020). Kobe made the leap directly from high school to a 20-year career with the LA Lakers that established him as one of basketball’s all-time greats. Kobe, along with his 13-yr old daughter, Gianna, and 7 other passengers were killed in a helicopter crash in Calabasas, CA on January 26, 2020. He is survived by his wife and 3 daughters, ages 3, 7, and 17, respectively. Kobe leaves behind a lasting, unbelievable legacy and will be forever in the hearts of many.
