CrossFit Level 2 Cert

Andy is the owner and a coach at The Garage. He has competed in sports all his life. Back in Parkview high school he wrestled, pole vaulted, and played soccer. At Georgia Tech he got a degree in Electrical Engineering and pole vaulted on the track team as well as play the assorted intramural sports (flag football, ultimate, etc). As an over 40 year old father of 4 he has moved on to Adventure Racing (30 hours in the woods). Crossfit has been his sole training method since 2008, proving intensity works even for 30 hours straight cardio sports. He is a CrossFit coach, and he also enjoys pina coladas and getting caught in the rain.
