Crossfit Garage – CrossFit Weightlifting Clean (1 RM Clean ) Metcon Team Cindy (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps) 20min AMRAP 5 Pullups 10 Pushups 15 Squats Teams of two One team mate will do cindy for the first minute. The other team mate will start with the last rep at the start of the second minute. They will continue to switch until the 20minutes is up. Score is total rounds/reps after 20min. Each team will use one score that continues with each turn. Example: If the first team mate gets through 1 round 5 pull-ups, and 3 pushups before his minute is up, the other team mate will start on rep 4 of pushups.
