-You may sub pistols with bands or box step ups (must be a box high enough to have hips below parallel at bottom)
-You may partition the clean and jerks how ever you want through out the workout
-You do not have to do the clean and jerks all back to back
-Cleans can be power or squat
-Jerks can be power or split
