5/2 Vs 3/1
CrossFit HQ teaches 3 days of WOD’s followed by one day of rest. Many affiliates run a 5/2 schedule, what is the difference, what should you do? The simple answer offered by this gym is that everyone is different, and everyone is different at different times during their training.
You should consider that 3/1 is easier to achieve rest and results, than 5/2. However at some point, your body will be ready to give 5 hard days without rest, at which time your gains could improve at that level. Where are you now, what have you noticed about your training schedule, and how do you think you can improve the results while doing 5/2? Post to comments.
