loads of you have asked about swinging kipping pull ups. Several of you struggle with the swing. if you can generate the lift I’m getting (see my head go way up) the you to can do a pull up. The next is a quick shot of the full swing and pull up. Notice I don’t kip much, because I’m swinging like King Kong.
Anna both swings and kips. Donovan kips. Curtis kips and butterflys. robert kips. watch these folks. swinging will keep you stringing them togehter but rip your hands up. Kipping will keep the hands okay but tire you out faster. Do both to maximize your pull up longevity.

I read this recently about nutrition -vs- exercise and think it sums it up nicely.

I. Diet modulates weight.
II. Exercise modulates body composition.

1. Nutrition quality will improve how fast you lose weight (and improve health).
2. Exercise intensity will improve how fast your body composition changes.
