6 Minute AMRAP

5 Dumbbell Deadlifts 55#/35# (be extra careful to maintain proper spine position)

50yd Dumbbell Farmer’s Carry 55#/35# (use the 25yd course)

5 Squat Box Jumps 20″/16″ (16″ is roughly 4 thick 45# plates)

 

This will burn your legs, but you will be able to keep going. Starting fast is a must here.
