Warm Up:

Run 400m, 15 squats, 15 push-ups, 15 sit-ups, 15 Pull-ups

Strength:   If you missed Front Squats this week then catch up on them.  If you already did the Front Squats then do weighted pull-ups 1,1,1


5min: sit ups.  proper ROM. Various forms


50-40-30-20 and 10 rep rounds of:

Kim Malz 5:00, Dave Castro 8:00 (GHD).
