75 KBS 1.5/1pd American

– You will have three scores, weight in snatch, reps for wall balls, and time for KBS

– The snatch may be power or split

– A missed catch on a wall ball will still be considered unbroken as long as it is picked up immediately and you continue to work

– As soon as you stop to rest on wall balls your attempt is over
