As previously stated, possible substitutions include row 5k for time, or run or row 6 800’s for time (and add 2 100’s at the end).  Do not discount the long run days, they will do more for your capacity than subbing an angie, an annie, a fran, or anything else.  Love the long, just keep it limited.
