10 Bar Facing Burpees
Situps – You can anchor your legs with weights if you want, but your hands must
touch the ground behind you on descent and touch your heels on ascent.
Bar facing burpees – Perform a normal burpee but instead of
clapping your hands overhead you jump over the barbell. Â You must jump off both feet andÂ land on both feet simultaneously for the rep to count.
