  • Squats
  • Pull-ups
  • Double Unders
  • 225# Deadlift
  • 20# Wall Balls
  • GHD Sit-Ups
  • 1 – 400M run
  • Burpees
  • 1.5 pood KB Swings
  • 135# Squat Cleans

This blurry photo of "who knows who" is a perfect example of a common mistake in the clean.  Notice the hips at this time are still closed, and at the same time the arms are already bent.  To get maximum PULL on the bar, you want your arms hanging like straps, until all momentum from the hips has been transferred to the bar, at which time you begin the pull with the arms followed by the shrug from the shoulders, before diving under the bar to catch it.
