These elements classes are going to be all about exercise form and maximizing efficient, powerful movement.Â The first class will be on mastering the basics and will be very interactive.
We will be working on (air squat, front squat, overhead squat), (deadlift, SDHP), and (Press, Push Press, Push Jerk).
Be sure to dress to workout, because we will be practicing a lot.
