for 15 min, 3 sets of 5 reps, building each time. If possible on the last set try for 5+ reps.


shuttle box pull box jump tire flip (Time)

for time:

5 rounds:
1 x 50 ft box pull (like a sled pull, easier upside down)
15 x box jumps 24/20 (on the one you just pulled)

cash out with 5 x tire flips (athlete choice)
