Last Year we had a team WOD on Thanksgiving Morning…


TWO rounds of:
Wall-ball, 20# 10ft men/ 12# 8ft ladies (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75# men/ 45# ladies(Reps)
Box Jump, 20″ box (Reps)
Push-press, 75# men/ 45# ladies (Reps)
run or rope (calories/jumps)

We will have teams of two guys and two girls (as best as we can arrange), and you will spend two minutes at each station with two people working at all times.  Work to fatigue and switch; switch as many times in two minutes as you want, just be sure there is always one guy and one girl working.

Everyone is invited.  Bring anyone you want.  Since you will be on a team, you wont have to be awesomely fit.  If you don’t have a team we’ll put you on one when you get here.

We will need RSVP’s on everyone’s interest as soon as you know.  Last year’s scores were as follows:

Favored to Puke: 727
2 New Guys: 761
Trainers Delight: 802
Big D’s: 933
Coaches: 1270

(the coaches team was not gender equal, Eric, Andy, Wes and Beth)
