– Beginner: 2 Foot Close Stance squat, Single leg DL, Single Leg Glute Bridge

– Intermediate: Box/Bench Pistols, Rig Assisted Pistol, or Pistol w/Toe Hooked

– Advanced: 12 Alt. Pistols every 2 minutes (Can add tempo)
