RX+ does a 3 second pause at the bottom of the squat.

RX+ Has a 20 burpee penalty for every time they let go of the bar in the wod. In other words, they must either do TouchnGo or rest the bar in the front rack position. If they rest at the bottom or drop the bar, it is considered a penalty.
Burpees will be done after the WOD is complete and will count as part of your time.
