I started CrossFit in 2013 to try something different after years of lifting in the gym or running every day. I was hooked right away, not only because it was a great workout and I saw results, but also from the sense of community. Later that year, I got certified and began coaching. I have coached at 4 different CrossFit boxes, between Philly, Baltimore, and Atlanta. In addition to coaching CrossFit, I am a certified weightlifting coach, personal trainer and nutrition coach. I believe that fitness should be a holistic approach, focused on a balanced lifestyle, healthy diet, exercise, and fun.
