Front Squat (EMOM to Failure)

This week we will be starting at 75% of our 1RM but only increasing the weight by 10lb for men and 5lb for women each minute until failure.

RX+ Does back squat


Snatchrowburpee (Time)

5 rounds for time:
2 Snatch @70%
8 Ring rows (completely vertical for RX)
2 Snatch @70%
8 Bar facing burpees
RX+ Does 8 rounds but must do one movement every minute then rests the remainder of that minute before moving on to the next movement.

RX+ Must have a 1sec hold at the top of the ring row
