we will do a new person intro to crossfit and the Garage.

The focus will be to help folks see that they can do crossfit, even though they cant do a pull up or have weight issues or have old injuries or etc.

the rough agenda will be 30-45min of:

intro to crossfit

how to get started (scale/sub/ramp)

what is a WOD (body wieght/oly/amrap/time/max)

a short WOD

then out to eat somewhere
