Max-reps wall-ball shots (14/20 lb) (9/10 ft)

– Rest 2 minutes between rounds.

Back Rack Lunge (- STRENGTH II –
5 sets for load:
4 back-rack reverse lunges/leg
– Rest 3:00 between sets.)

– Build to a heavy set of 4 back-rack reverse lunges on each leg.

– Aim to start with around 50% of your 1-rep-max back squat.

– Avoid going so heavy that the back knee impacts the ground.
