Much like our Summer Strength for Students program, this program encompass aspects of CrossFit and Power/Olympic lifts that allow for increased athletic performance with a large focus on lifting. Proper form and technique will lead to great lift amounts which translate to a stronger student in all physical areas.
This class will of course teach technique, form and mechanics with a priority on safety in order to create a more efficient class experience. Once a student is able to move effectively, constant healthy growth will be realized. It would be similar to teaching an athlete to throw, pass, shoot or kick correctly. It takes time and that practice, in the long run, creates better performance.

Focus is Home school, Kings Academy, Hybrid school, public online school

We never do contracts. Its all by the month.
