1 Power Clean+3Jerks (@60% of CnJ 1RM)
8 Toes to Bar
3 Power Cleans (@70% of Clean)
You may only use ONE Bar. Change weights out between movements
If this proves to be too challenging you may scale by using the same weight on both the barbell movements (60%), however this will NOT count as RX.
RX+ does 8 rounds but has to do one movement per minute on the minute(This works the same as last week but now you may only use one bar) This means that the RX+ WOD time will be 32 Minutes.
