Ok guys, everyone did great on 14.1 really excited to see the effort put forth. Lets keep the momentum going!
This week we will continue strength but will focus more on the capacity in the movements we know will be coming up and less on absolute strength.
Coach’s Choice (No Measure)
hit areas of body use in the strength/skill and WOD sections
Shoulder Press (same weight across all 3 sets. Not a Max)
1234 Min AMRAP (4 Rounds for reps)
1 Min Toes to bar
2 Min Power Cleans 135/95
3 Min Situps
4 Min Burpees
You will have one running clock. The first minute you will do an AMRAP of T2B, then you will immediately go into a 2min AMRAP of power cleans followed immediately by a 3min AMRAP of sit-ups and ending with a 4min AMRAP of burpees. To clarify, this means that at the end of the workout, the clock will be at the 10min Mark.
There is no rest between AMRAPs
Please get all of your stations ready prior to the first AMRAP.
