EMOM style:

Min 1: 20 DU + 1 Deadlift

MIn 2: 20 DU + 2 Deadlift

Min 3: 20 DU + 3 Deadlifts, etc..

Rx: 55% 1RM

Rx+: 65% 1RM

Keep increasing until you cannot perform required amount of work within given minute.
Scale – SU 1:1

Score: total DL reps completed

Record DL load in notes and Bright Spot
