Odd: 4 Shoulder Press (Heavy)
While the overall height for box jumps is high today, we want to find the highest height we can continually complete in a minute – (reduce the height first before reps)

– Barbell received from ground OR rack

Score: Weight – if athletes increase, log heaviest load and rep scheme increase in notes section: (2×4@”, 2×4@”, 3×4@”etc)
