‘Death by Echo’ (Calories)

EMOM For As Long As Possible:

Ascending Echo Bike Calories

Start with 3 calories. Add 3 calories every minute until failure.

Score is how many total calories you complete before failure (9,12,15, etc)
**for example, if athlete has completed 15 calories, but fails attempting 18, they will log 15 as their score**

Why?

Doing sprint intervals on the echo bike is without a doubt one of the best ways to improve your muscular endurance in a short amount of time as your body is constantly battling against resistance.
