Partner AMRAP 20:

50 Double unders/ 150 SU

40 WB sit ups pass to partner 20/14

30 KB swings (53/35)

20 burpees

50 ft wheel barrow carry

5 ft= a rep
w1 person working at a time. Partners will put their feet together and sit up facing each other passing the ball off every rep. The wheel barrow carry partners can trade off at 25 ft. Scale to partner piggy back ride if need be.
