Hang Power Clean
Be strategic about when you put the barbell down during this workout. The place to rest is in the middle of your sets of DL & HPC and at the end of your set of PJ.
This workout should feel a bit uncomfortable, but it is not designed to be a heavy day, so realize the difference and scale accordingly. With (mostly) unbroken sets, your grip is going to be tested. The load should feel easy on the DL, moderate on the HPCs, and tough on the PJs.
