Round 1 = Round of ‘2’

Round 2 = Round of ‘4’

Round 3 = Round of ‘6’ etc

Intended Response

Try to determine a rhythm for this workout and stick to it. Break during the snatches if necessary, but keep rest periods brief, burpees unbroken and transitions quick between movements. Goal is to achieve 6-10 total rounds within this 20-minute workout.
