4 Rounds:

50-foot OH Plate Walking Lunge 45/25

20 Sit-ups

100m Run/Sprint

5 Devils Press (two 50/35)
– can use four (6 foot) stall mats length-wise (24′) down and back plus one foot beyond each way to = 25′

– use two DBs for Devils Press (see video)

Intended Response

Athletes should aim to complete each 25′ portion of walking lunges unbroken and focus on pushing the plate ‘up’ and locking out arms. Keep 100m sprints consistent in time, if possible, for all 4 rounds. Scale load for devils press if necessary.
