Focus on not letting breathing get out of control during the run; determine early on the best place to carry WB (shoulder, hip, in front) and shift it when needed. Carrying it on the hip allows one to use other arm to swing, etc so figure out what you prefer and try to stick with it.

Break up the larger sets of HPS with short breaks, then aim for unbroken or near unbroken wallballs. Regain breathing pattern during the row portion.
