– burpees can be rope- facing or lateral over the rope

– alternate jumping lunges (knee touches ground)

Elevated HR within the first minute, so find a maintainable breathing pattern for each exercise to conserve energy. Aim for large but manageable sets of unbroken DU. Use rest minute to record score and briefly stretch quads and shoulders/chest
