10 Tire Flips together
20 Pull Ups each
30 GHD Sit Ups each

In teams of two (2) complete the chipper above. For the run and tire flips, the two partners will do the work together, switching the sandbag off whenever they need to and flipping the same tire at the same time. Once you get to the Pull Ups and the GHDs, one person working at a time working until each person attains the designated reps above.
