Snatching Toes Up the Ladder (Time)


Right Arm DB Snatch 50/35

Left Arm DB Snatch

Toes to Bar

At the start you will perform 1 dumbbell snatch on your right arm then 1 DB snatch with your left. Then you will do 1 Toes to Bar. Move back to the dumbbell, complete 2 dumbbell snatches per arm, then 2 toes to bar, etc. until all the reps have been completed.
