Bent Over Row (8×4)

Complete 8 sets of 4 Bent Over Rows using a loaded barbell. Begin light, then work up to a weight that can be maintained for all sets, if possible.

Tips:

– slight bend in the knee

– posterior chain activated

– midline engaged

– draw shoulders straight back, turning off traps and engaging lats

– keep elbows in as you bring barbell in towards belly button and then lower slowly back to ground

– keep movement controlled, avoid kipping the movement
