3 Power Cleans EMOM for 10 minutes. Pick a heavy yet doable weight you can maintain for 30 reps, if possible

8-Minute Abs (No Measure)


Min 1: Low Plank Hold (elbows)

Min 2: Abmat Situps

Min 3: Hollow Hold or Hollow Rocks

Min 4: Flutter Kicks

Repeat for 2 Rounds

Biker Squats

5 sets of 10 reps, preferably at the same weight. Elevate heels on 25# plate with knees facing directly forward. Squat below parallel. Bar may be received from racked position
