Find a fellow classmate with similar numbers and share a bench/barbells. We have a limited number of benches and barbell so if necessary, do this WOD in groups of 3 athletes of equal ability and rotate.
Be mindful of the load you choose for your barbells. For example, just because you CAN bench your body weight, doesn’t mean you should for this workout. If you have to re-rack the bar between each rep, it’s too heavy.
