In honor of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, NY, who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005.

We are 1 month away from Murph and I want to give everyone a chance to feel this out at body weight; WITHOUT a vest. So do not wear one.

Partition the reps however you want just make sure you complete all the reps.

This is a long and challenging workout out. Play smart, play safe, and have fun with it.
