This WOD is all about cycling through reps as quickly as possible.
The weight will be too heavy for some of you; that’s okay. Scale the weight down to your 55% 1RM. OR if you want to take today as a heavy day and get some reps in at 135/95 but you can’t finish the entire WOD in 12 minutes or less, scale the reps.
Ring dips will be out of the equation for some too; that too is okay. Find an appropriate scale that you could do each round either unbroken or in no more than 2 sets.
At the end of the day, Coach has the best solution for you. Talk to him/her and listen to their advice and suggestions. They know what they’re talking about…
