Athletes are to get warmed up and loaded to a starting weight with the aim to increase weight across the five sets. Try to rest :90-2:00 between sets. Coach will run a 15:00 clock for both lifts, so athletes should maximize their time. Athletes may pair up with someone in class lifting similar loads.

Shoulder Press (5-5-5-5-5)
